Campaign of the Month: February 2014
On the banks of the Pani Sampa ke Munha (In Trade-Elven that is the Water Snake’s Mouth) sits a diamond in the rough as the city dwellers of Galilee call their town. Galilee is first and foremost a trading city and gateway to the world via water and then sky. It has a population of 3.5 million people and is spread out over 200 miles of the banks of the river! The only item of note that rivals the trade in the city is the amount of statue shrines where people can pray in the open and leave offerings collected on the hour by dedicated Vandit holy men & women.
Berkaic is the native tongue and is rivaled by those speaking the Trade Elven. Often signs are in both tongues for ease of doing business. One might call the city bi-lingual by default and often people here can speak a third language and some a fourth!
